I think we can all relate to feeling depressed and anxious some of the time or a lot of the time. In both breadth and depth, this episode covers a lot of ground. Laura talks with psychiatrist Dr. Ashley Covington who practices with a holistic and integrated approach, including using ketamine assisted psychotherapy. During a time when so many people around the world are understandably struggling, Dr. Covington and Laura remind us that we’re in good company and that there is an abundance of strategies for tending to oneself and each other.
